Care:

• Before using the pots and pans for first time it is recommended to wash with warm soapy water, rinse well and dry thoroughly
• It is recommended to fill pots to two-thirds of its capacity when cooking and to use a medium heat setting
• Never let the pot ‘boil dry’ and always keep liquid in the pot- do not dry cook and do not pre-heat an empty pan
• Do not let flames extend beyond the base of the pan or let the handles directly rest over the heat source as they may become dangerous to handle
• It is recommended to use an oven glove when lifting the lid or the handle or removing the pots from the oven
• Always lift the pan off the heat source as sliding can cause scratching
• Please note the lids are glass (tempered) can can shatter if dropped, knocked or chipped
• Do not place pan directly from heat source into cold water as this may cause warping and damage
• Do not use scouring pads or abrasive cleaners
• Make sure you always cook on a suitable heat source
• Always leave pans to soak in lukewarm water and let them cool before cleaning
• Do not use metal utensils or knives inside the bases which are non-stick coated (frying pans and milk pots) as this will damage the coating
